Dr. Abhiroop Kotha

General Dentist

Dr. Kotha decided to become a dentist so that he could help people. He graduated from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2015 so he could do just that! Dr. Kotha has been our beloved dentist in Hobbs ever since.

Dr. Kotha loves helping patients get rid of discomfort and bringing smiles to their faces. He feels very fulfilled with his work because his patients are appreciative of the care he provides. In his spare time, Dr. Kotha loves spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring new places.

Dr. Shima Mohsen-Pour

General Dentist

Dr. Shima Mohsen-Pour is a social butterfly, and she loves to befriend her patients. Dr. Mohsen-Pour graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry and has been with Familia since 2019. She is the recipient of the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award (2019), and she is continually striving to be the best version of herself.
Dr. Mohsen-Pour loves Familia Dental because of our focus on patient education efforts. She believes that patient education should start at a young age so adults can maintain a healthy smile and live improved lives. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mohsen-Pour is a swimmer, a piano player and a speaker of Arabic and Farsi. She also loves cats, coffee and all kinds of spices.
